Time Managment

Planning
Like all other projects, it simply needs a! simple plan. Planning is ok if it is done correctly, thinking about all the potential problems and considering them!

Before starting firstly consider the 4 point quadrant:

Quadrant 1
Urgent and important matters. Crises, pressing problems, deadline-driven projects.
Quadrant 2
Non-urgent but important matters. Relationship building, planning, recognising new opportunities, improvements to your workplace, exercise, recreation.
Quadrant 4
Non-urgent and non-important matters. This includes trivia, spam, time wasters, distractions, non-productive activities.

Quadrant 3
Urgent but not important things like phone calls, email, interruptions, popular matters,
some meetings. This is visible stuff on-hand at the moment that isn’t really important.

Things usually do go wrong they always will, so this is something to be aware of upfront in your plan. Add in time that will help with potential problems that can crop up during the project.
